Changes and Returns

Our products have a 6 and 12 month warranty depending on the type of product.

The warranty is for material failure,

The incorrect use of our products automatically invalidates the guarantee, and therefore no changes are made in these cases.

If the failure is due to manufacturing defects, then contact us to coordinate the exchange of the product within 30 days of purchase.

Returns of materials with knocks or machining are not accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA PARA EL CAMBIO

The client must present at the time of requesting a change or return, the Purchase Invoice and / or order in Physical or Digital format. Returns are made only through the payment method of the purchase.

PRODUCT STATUS

The product cannot be used or tested, except that the change is due to a fault. The product may be opened, but it must keep its original packaging (including interiors) and be in perfect conditions. Products that are contained in sealed containers cannot be opened. The product must be complete, with all its accessories, manuals, corresponding warranty certificates and its rewarded products that have been associated with the purchase.

CHANGE BY FAILURE

If the exchange or return is due to a fault, the product must have been used correctly. We do not make exchanges or returns of failed products due to misuse.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT CHANGE

Products on request (all those that are specially requested at the customer's request).

TIME LIMIT

Maximum time limit: 30 days in a row. After this period, returns are not accepted, unless it is due to factory failures. The deadlines to generate a return / exchange begin to run from the day of delivery of the product.
